Ms. Yoshizawa was the Nevada licensed engineer for Thyssen Mining Construction of Canada, Inc. on a $142 mil ventilation shaft sinking project in Northern Nevada. Ms. Yoshizawa managed the project schedule (Primavera P6) and worked on the development and on-going reporting systems utilizing earned value analysis methodology. Key performance indicators provided from the analysis identifies schedule and cost trends, potentially mitigating adverse impact on the critical path as well as facilitates effective planning and allocation of resources

Ms. Yoshizawa was retained to develop a financial strategy, a business plan and proforma as well as coordinate with the local engineer on development management, planning, entitlements and construction administration as the owner's representative.

Exchange 215. 68,000 sf Mixed-Use Development. (Las Vegas, Nevada)
Ms. Yoshizawa, as a principal of the project, provided a multitude of services for development of a 68,000 sf upscale mixed-use commercial center. The Exchange 215. She spearheaded land acquisition, planning/entitlements, design-development, civil engineering, construction, project controls and all sales/leasing efforts. The project features upscale tenants and has spectacular views of the Las Vegas Strip and the Red Rock mountains. The initial construction was designed as the first phase of a 100,000 sf commercial development.
