The Red Ltd is a multi-faceted real estate development, commercial brokerage, and civil engineering company specializing in real estate development and project management in the private sector. The company’s vision is to exceed industry expectations by re-defining the art of executing great projects. The Red Ltd vertically integrates multiple roles of the development process, providing a unique approach to complex projects. Once the project is seen to fruition, management of the asset is a critical component. Committed to its vision, The Red Ltd adheres to schedules and to financial benchmarks established for execution of its own projects and major projects for select clientele throughout Southern and Northern Nevada.

VISIONARY LEADERSHIP AND THE TEAM TO EXECUTE

Jaimee Yoshizawa, PE, CCIM, is President and sole 100% stockholder of The Red Ltd. She founded her first company, a full-service civil engineering, commercial real estate and development company in the late 1990s. Ms. Yoshizawa received a Bachelor of Science in civil engineering from the University of Hawaii, starting her career as a Civil Engineer in both Hawaii and Nevada. Ms. Yoshizawa registered as a professional civil engineer in Nevada in 1997 and then a real estate broker, and a property manager. Ms. Yoshizawa is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), making her a recognized expert in the disciplines of commercial and investment real estate.

Ms. Yoshizawa's 20+ years experience, managing her own development projects as well as for select clientele, lends a unique skill set providing her the opportunity to use a multi-faceted approach to manage and execute complex. Ms. Yoshizawa provides key development roles; facilitating all phases of project development including but not limited to planning, design-development, sales and marketing, project controls, construction administration and asset management.

Her recent notable projects include:

  • The acquisition, planning and development of a 424-acre community adjacent to an 18-hole championship golf and country club, comprised of 1,100 residential lots and 80 acres of mixed-use project in Dayton, Nevada.
  • The planning and participating in management efforts for a $3.5 billion resort-corridor development in Las Vegas, Nevada.
  • Master planning and engineering for a 240-acre project in Carson City’s largest master planned community.
  • Project controls for a $142 million ventilation shaft project in Elko, Nevada.
  • Development feasibility for a 1,200-acre master planned recreational master plan in Kanab, Utah.
  • Acquisition, planning and engineering as a principal for 48 acres of industrial, single-family residential and multi-family land in Carson City Nevada.
  • Project management for a 700-acre master planned community in Northern Nevada.
  • Development feasibility and project management for a 160 acre mixed-use master plan in Baker, California.

Ms. Yoshizawa has established herself as a leading female developer in Las Vegas. With experience and a focus in the commercial sectors, Ms. Yoshizawa has proven herself to be a forceful competitor in an industry dominated by men. With few female developers in town, Ms. Yoshizawa shines from the crowd and is paving the road for young women who aspire to follow in her footsteps.

COMMERCIAL REAL ESTATE AND DEVELOPMENT DIVISION

Liz Andoscia
VP of Land Division - Planning and Development

Ms. Andocia manages the planning and entitlements efforts for the projects under the company’s land division as well as land planning for a select clientele.

Ms. Andoscia has over 19 years in the industry. Her experiences include Land Acquisition Manager for Toll Brothers Inc., VP of Business Development for Andoscia Architecture, and Director of Land Acquisition and Strategic Marketing for KB Home. She is a stakeholder on the RTC Onboard High Capacity Transit Committee and has spoken on many organization panels such as NAIOP, SNHBA, Housing Outlook, and Women in Construction.

Lucinda Stanley, CCIM
VP of Real Estate Division - Commercial Sales and Marketing

Ms. Stanley oversees the commercial real estate team and leads the sales and marketing efforts of the principal’s development projects. 

Ms. Stanley earned her CCIM designation in 1995 and attended the Husson College in Maine. Ms. Stanley provided services to Grand Mesa Commercial Real Estate, SAXA Commercial/Prudential CRES, and Coldwell Banker Commercial. A member of the CCIM Institute. Notable awards, including the 2006 Rising Star award by Las Vegas Business Press, the 2006 Most Influential Woman in Real Estate by In Business Magazine, the 2006 CCIM Most Outstanding Member Award, and the 2015 Business of the Year Award by the Delta Area Chamber of Commerce.

Steve Brockman
Sr. Commercial Advisor

Mr. Brockman has a bachelor’s degree in Finance California State University, Chico.  Mr. Brockman is a licensed real estate agent, specializing in finance and commercial real estate.

Mr. Brockman has been in the industry for over 30 years. He was the president and owner of Builder’s Capital Inc. from 1999-2016 in Las Vegas, Nevada. From there, he worked for RealCap Funding LLC and NV Capital Corporation LLC. Mr. Brockman has a bachelor’s degree in finance from California State University, Chico and has brought that knowledge and his many years of experience to The RED Ltd.

Ashly Gonzales
Commercial Specialist

Ms. Gonzales has a bachelor’s degree in Business Management from the University of Wisconsin.  Ms. Gonzales is a licensed real estate agent, specializing in commercial real estate.

Ms. Gonzalez has a bachelor’s degree in business management from the University of Wisconsin. In Wisconsin, she served as an Assistant Branch Manager for JP Morgan and Chase before relocating to Henderson, Nevada. In Henderson, she held the title of Project Manager for TT Custom Manufacturing before joining The RED Ltd team.

Michele Filman
Accounting Manager

Ms. Filman manages the accounting for the company as well the principal’s real estate developments and projects.

Ms. Fillman has been in the industry for over 13 years and has brought her many experiences to RED, Ltd. In Denver, Colorado she held the title of Business Compliance Manger, Payroll Manager, and Bookkeeper for Consulting/Contract Employment. Upon relocating to Las Vegas, Nevada, she has worked at Consulting and Universal Color Graphics, which she owned, both within accounting and bookkeeping.

Thomas Dudley
Real Estate Administrator

Mr. Dudley coordinates and provides project support for the principal’s real estate developments and projects.

Mr. Dudley held the position of Trial Paralegal for Canepa and Reidy in both Las Vegas and Reno from 1997 to 2011 where he researched cases and organized for trials. For there, his experiences led him to Nigro Construction has business development before joining The RED Ltd team as Project Administrator. His philanthropic efforts in area include charitable affiliations with Three Square and Childhaven.

CIVIL ENGINEERING DIVISION

Christopher Zhang, PE
Engineering Manager

Mr. Zhang is a licensed engineer in the state of Nevada with a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Las Vegas, Nevada. Mr. Zhang manages the civil engineering department.

Mr. Zhang has been in this industry for 22 years and has been a Nevada Professional Civil Engineer. He earned his bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. He started out as a Project Engineer for Slater Hanifan Group in Las Vegas. He has also held positions with Cardno, Inc., GCW, Inc., and L. R. Nelson Consulting before joining The RED Ltd team as Engineering Department Manager. He is on the board for the Institute of Transportation Engineers and has been a responsible engineer for numerous single-family residential, commercial, mix-use, industrial, multi-family and public-sector developments throughout Las Vegas Valley.

Mark Stefl, PE
Project Manager

Mr. Stefl is both a licensed engineer and surveyor in the state of Nevada.  Mr. Stefl earned his bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering Technology from Fairmont State University.  Mr. Stefl is a project manager in addition to overseeing surveying mapping efforts of the civil engineering department.

Mr. Stefl earned his bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering Technology from Fairmont State University. Before joining The RED Ltd as a Project Manager, he has held positions throughout Las Vegas at Sun Survey, ITT Technical Institute, and Poggemeyer Design Group. He is affiliated with the Grant-A-Wish Autism Foundation and is a certified associate of Autodesk Civil 3D.

Edgar Leon, PE
Project Manager

Mr. Leon is a licensed engineer in the state of Nevada with a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. Mr. Leon is a project manager and oversees traffic engineering efforts of the company.

Mr. Leon is part of the American Society of Civil Engineers and was hosted the organization’s West Point Bridge Design Contest within the community. After acquiring a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, he has worked for Taney Engineering, the Nevada Department of Transportation, Lumos & Associates, and CARDNO. He has been the engineer-of-record for many significant projects including Fremont & 9th, South 15 Airport, St. Rose & Amigo, and Craig Ranch Regional Park.

From there, she worked as a designer for Taney Engineering and GCW before becoming a project manager for Baughman & Tuner. She has worked in development for over 14 years, working on master planned communities in the Las Vegas area.

Mr. Equels is a project coordinator for the civil engineering department as well as an AutoCad Technician in the civil engineering department.

Ms. Chung earned her bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. From there, she worked as a designer for Taney Engineering and GCW before becoming a project manager for Baughman & Tuner. She has worked in development for over 14 years, working on master planned communities in the Las Vegas area.
