Mr. Chung earned her bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. From there, she worked as a designer for Taney Engineering and GCW before becoming a project manager for Baughman & Tuner. She has worked in development for over 14 years, working on master planned communities in the Las Vegas area.
